Do you have recommendations for bird-friendly apartment balconies? Or should we not encourage birds to come near apartments complexes?

I am not sure that birds will use houses on a balcony. Maybe someone will weigh in on the efficacy of nest boxes on balconies.

I imagine it would not be successful because it is so exposed, but figured I would ask anyways!
