Other people to be involved probably disability specialist and someone from the school?

student support representation (learning specialist etc?)

You might want to include faculty and or program directors to review mandatory or required elements to ensure accommodations are effective but also reasonable and. Do not constitute a fundamental alteration to the program-lower the academic rigor

The student is the one who can share how they are impacted by their disability in the various aspects of their educational experience, we are then able to ask about specific barriers and discuss possible accommodations.

program directors especially with clerkship accommodations?

if the student has questions about accommodations in their fieldwork or clinicals, their coordinators may need to be part of the conversation

Its important to start communication early so the student feels a level of trust and able to continue throughout their educational program. It also helps them learn to advocate for themselves.

Others that may need to be included are those who oversee the essential requirements, such as the program directors, the preceptors, etc.

and always be looking to see what new technology innovative ways and processes to accommodate

Could be in the syllabus for the clerkship?
