My comments are, great overall plan. it does seem large for this site the on above is 3300 sf. I think it could be loaded more toward the garage and even move outside stairs into setback to reduce the amount of structure on steepest part of lot. maybe load some of the utiltarian uses to under garage. I have concern with the overall height, lees on average.
I’m back. love the look of the house, but agree with David’s comments
Parking I think they have the best they can on a challenging lot.
Does centre sky want to discuss fire dept convos
going from 8 back up is too steep to make that work.
I don't like the idea of bringing up grade because its already super steep and would be steeper.
I would need to know what the average size of the other condos that have been built to make sure that this is appropriate size for the lot and the development.
Was agreeing with Scott as far as grade
What are ceiling heights on lower levels?
I'm curious what the answer to Scott's question
I agree with David
not in favor, mass and scale seems too much for site and loading of mass is pushed toward steepest portion of the lot. its a challenging lot and I appreciate your efforts.
Agree with Scott
I would be in favor of some height variance but to this extent. Thanks.
But you still need to work within the code. This is a really tough lot...
Opposed as it currently is
