I have used Kahn Academy quite a bit, and am wondering how it compares to Zearn?

Are we going to learn about getting data from Zearn? I used it all of last year and want info about that?

Is there a way to share this program through Seesaw?

Hi Cher if I make a link in Seesaw to one of the Zearn activities will it take them directly to it or would they need to go in through Clever?

You can share the link: learn.org, students log in with Google. They can also just log in through Clever and already have access. I believe printables are downloadable.

Lessons are self-paced. Much like Compass, students follow a path. You will see in upcoming videos.

I found my roster and everyone is assigned grade4, but, half my class is 3rd grade. How can this get fixed? It looks like each student will have to start with the 4th grade lessons unless it is fixed.

If your class is not assigned correctly, submit a tech ticket. Otherwise the videos will show how to assign alternate grade level content.

Lisa - from my experience last year it varied a lot between students. A lesson may take one student ten minutes and another student would take 45.

I am doing a Choice Board short session tomorrow from Simple k12.

I like how this teacher had this flex day so students can complete assignments

She uses feedback from Zearn to guide her.

But how many lessons per mission

I’m on my iPad and I don’t know how to raise my hand for Cher, but there is a scope and sequence that you can view to see lessons and content.

I used Zearn two years ago, it’s easy.

Karen- I opened one mission and it was 39 lessons

If you look at the grade overview it breaks down each standard and the missions associated with it

I would make my own tutorial, as they enter through Clever and that would not be offered. Also you may have different expectations.
