Then find out where their Legal Name Trusts are lodged and liquidate their accounts and collapse their trusts into an account of your choosing. It should be a simple matter of writing a letter to a Federal Court Clerk and instructing the assignment of a Fiduciary for that purpose and an Account to deposit the liquid assets and real property therein. Or you can do leg work on your own and chase down land records and whatnot, whatever your choice. The fiduciary will have a Trustee Fee Schedule for you to agree to.

Carol - It's a lot simpler than you think in most cases. Usually you get compliance with a friendly letter long before you ever have to involve the Private Administrative Process. If you don't get compliance, the process on the private side is relatively straightforward. They always default.
