I have had the issue getting on by the login to the web page. The drop-down box has my wrong email and cannot get it corrected. This has been a nightmare

Why is poor quality DEF allowed to be made or sold. Is there not government standards on the product.

Was there any passenger safety issues brought up during this process? Such as a bus being in a remote area like national parks or out west? 3-4 hours away from a remedy?

Poor quality usually means contaminated or weak

We had a group get shut down in Kingman for a faulty sensor. Bus towed back to Las Vegas. Group had to wait for a replacement bus from Las Vegas. A week later we picked up the bus at the dealer and didn't make it out of Las Vegas and the new sensor failed. 3rd one worked fine.

Tom, I agree, changing the requirements will not help anything if the sensors (hardware) are unreliable, the system will be reacting to 'bad' information

Why can't manufactures be ordered to reprogram the vehicles for safety reasons.

Are the comments classified by vehicle use I.e. trucks with cargo that doesn’t complain vs. motorcoaches carrying people
