Nadine, yes, we are looking with the cleaners at the extra work load to see if clean rates need to go up mid-term, long-term outlook

We're thinking about including a letter to our guests within the confirmation or the unit to communicate the additional cleaning and extra steps our housekeepers are taking to create that peace of mind. The problem is, we have multiple vacation rental homes with different housekeepers and products - are there any blanket statement examples or best practices you can share?
