On behalf of PTW, I do want to be clear that there are a lot of discussions that would still need to be had to determine if it would be financially possible or not to join the project. I just want to make sure the community knows that as the impression is that we are in.

Do you have a rough estimate of the cost of membership? Or a rough guess?

On the information that was on the website it looked like the revenue was broke down by square footage at least for the racketball court. Can you explain this, please?

Is this potentially a phased project?
