Hello Akacha! Yes, the best way is to subscribe to task notification. You can do that by opening your profile on the TWB platform, and click on the button "edit profile details", then click on "next" and check the question "How often do you want to receive tasks availability email”. You can choose between daily, weeky, monthly, or never.

If you choose "daily" it doesn't mean that you are going to receive an email every day, it just means that if a task becomes available, you will receive the email notification on the same day

Sarah and Akacha, thanks for your question. The TWB workspace is the platform powered by ProZ that we used in the early years of our activity. As our community was growing and evolving, and our partnerships as well, we considered necessary to have a platform we owned. I am very sorry that you struggle to use the TWB Platform, and we would be happy to support you with any questions, tutorials or demo.

I haven’t been receiving task notifications too in a while. What can I do?

in 2018, we had a session/workshop which enlightend young Translators on how to go about translation which was very educative and significant. As a Linguist I advised that such workshops should be facilitate across time because so many Linguistic elements that are fundamental will be made familiar to non-linguistic Translators so as to make our work more standard and fruitful.
