My understanding is that HSN will satisfy the state and federal reporting requirements for the nursing homes. Please consider not making double work for nursing homes on reporting negatives to the state on a different platform.

Can you comment of information that is circulating: If someone test Antigen Positive and same day tests PCR negative. This is likely a false positive. Negative PCR trumps antigen results. Isolation can be discontinued for case. Contacts do not need to quarantine. Do you support this guidance? Or are we best to go by - treat all positives as a positive?

The guidance that we have received at this point from CMS is that facilities can encourage but not REQUIRE visitors to be tested. I am reaching out for clarification and hopefully we can talk more on Friday.

Our snf can attest that turnaround times from Public Health Lab have not been 48 hours- or if it is completed facility is not receiving those results w/in the 48 hours.

She was symptomatic and facility is not in an outbreak- staff person was sick for a more than a week when tested
