Who did Rachel say we should see if we've had a c section? A pelvic health someone...

Question - I had a emergency section and my stomach didn't heal for 4 months. I finally got a vac put on the wound and it closed. My little one is now 18 months and I've got a pouch but am nervous about how I can focus on strengthening that area? Also, during pregnancy I suffered from carpel tunnel but now post baby I can only sleep on my back and have numbness in my arms or pain in my back. Thoughts on that? Planning on having another but want to get my body in better condition before the next one.

I had my baby 16months ago. I find it so hard to excercise. I dont have enough strength. what would you advise?

very odd question. I dont drink alcohol regularly but after having a baby when I have a glass my arm starts hurting a lot. is that down to me picking up my son a lot?

I had my baby 7 weeks ago, via planed c-section, I had my 6 week appointment and they said to do any exercise that I feel like, apart from anything that works my core/abdomen. I would like to get back into fitness classes, but not sure what would be considered ‘acceptable’. Any advice for best forms of exercise class without needing core?

Thank you! So interesting. If you know of any women's physios in the west midlands, I'd be grateful.
