Have you considered a webinar to explain or show tips for Amazon Business Users? We struggle with a few things including approval queues, people invites, and limits.
Cheryl Walcott
01:21:48
The biggest issue we have as Amazon Business Account Users is our Credit Limit. We order constantly, we have asked for a higher Credit Limit and have been denied countless times. We pay our Bill constantly ON TIME.
Cheryl Walcott
01:24:12
When we meet our Credit Limit our processes literally shut down. Carts go unordered and then get deleted. It takes the Bank FOREVER to clear our checks. We CANNOT do an ACH Wire to pay our bill because we are an institution under City Hall - We do not have our own Bank account City Hall Finance Office Middletown is our umbrella - we are under them.

Having teachers place orders and get supplies very quickly is a huge plus! BUT proper approval and Line of Credits have to be in place for any of this to work smoothly. We do not want the staff to go rogue and place orders that are not approved at a higher level.

Cheryl -- we'll have someone follow up with you personally to address this.
