The Learn Do Become podcast has been really helpful for me. It filled in some of the gaps for me

In April's free intro webinar, she talks about Flylady being one of her top 5 mentors that inspired her system

I listened to a LDB episode... the 4box rule...each kid gets a box for ages 0-5,6-10,11-15, 16-20 any mementos they want to keep, goes in that box
Cortney & Scott

We do that. I can show it here.
Leslie

I love the binder!

We do something similar. We have one box for papers and one for things. I couldn’t get everything to fit in file folders, so it’s just a large storage box. I also take pictures of a lot of the artwork that is in their scrapbooks, so we could get rid of more.

My kids are obsessed with their scrapbooks!

Hearing all these ideas are helpful. Being a FTM with one 18mo I haven't even thought of any of this. We do some finger painting and I cut up and send as cards to grandparents. That's about it right now. They love it though and fun to use her 'artwork'.
Meredith Degenhardt
31:56
I love the idea of using the finger painting as cards. I have been afraid to try finger painting with my 18m

Sabrina Lear

I found her because I needed a system for organizing my photos (labeling). That one of my current projects.
Sabrina Lear
33:23
I'm enjoying the process
Meredith Degenhardt
34:28
would evernote be an option for organizing
Claire Cote
35:13
Evernote has been really helpful for me with a digital filing cabinet - photos, scans, weblink etc. Really helpful!
Leslie
35:27
Does anyone else use Evernote?
Kimberly Hardy
36:23
I’ve only tried the free version - so not much space to upload photos. Is it worth it to get the upgrade for more monthly data?
Sabrina Lear
36:30
I use Google Keep and OneNote (windows)
Meredith Degenhardt
36:45
this needs to be a project of mine... my icloud or something is full and the notification bugs me.

Eric & April said that they felt the cost of evernote was worth it to have everything organized and being able to have more space
Leslie

I use OneNote a lot for work
Meredith Degenhardt
39:22
I have a windows computer but haven't used OneNote
Annette Meyerson

I think Evernote would be worth it if iPhone notes were not the same thing. Plus, on my notes for iPhone I can access them on my phone and Mac computer
Sabrina Lear
41:53
I think it's personal preference and you just need to try things out
Sabrina Lear
42:24
My husband and I love OneNote because we can share folders/notes. But we've also used it for over a decade
Meredith Degenhardt
44:43
has anyone used Alexa/smart speaker for a brain dump/mind sweep? are you able to create your own sub categories?
Sabrina Lear

You can make multiple lists
