Sorry to go back a bit but I don't really understand regarding the clearance approach of not retesting - not needed after 14 days after symptoms, especially if many do not have symptoms in the first place. Is the course of the illness always in fact over after 14 days?

Residents seen by the virtual family health team can be further connected to the existing OHT community support services initiative if services needed.

Agree, we can work together within the OHT to find the best supports for the patient

It is a great approach to have the virtual family health team as many of the seniors are not mobile and may still be afraid to go out to see doctors.
