Can the scoring rubric to be used by community reviewers be shared (sorry if it already has via website, but I dont remember seeing it). Can you also share more about how community reviewers are being selected and how potential COIs are being managed (i.e., that reviewers arent also associated with orgs applying for grants under the fund)

Apologies if this was already asked: are national organizations with budgets over $5 million allowed to apply on behalf of a local chapter if the local chapter has a budget under $5 mill?

The decision is driven by the audit, or certified financial statement.

Are awards expected to be cost reimbursable after the initial 20% draw down at grant award signing? If so, what are the expected net-payment terms for these invoices?

Greetings, in Kensington, our organization Yoga 4 Philly has provided trauma-informed yoga classes in several locations, like The Salvation Army, and Prevention Point.Within the grant application, should the grant proposal highlight one of our initiatives or both of our initiatives (I.e The Salvation Army, and Prevention Point)?

Are there any restrictions on awarded funds use? For example, syringe services are mentioned as allowable under Harm Reduction activities, but how would the award consider safer smoking supplies, sex worker kits, etc? As an another example, if we wanted to use the funds to expand supportive housing options for pregnant and postpartum mothers with SUD/OUD, would that be allowable?

Is there an allowable indirect cost rate for programming budgets? Is it required to use the de minims 10% rate, negotiated rate with cognizant agency? etc

To follow up on Maddy's question -- if we are a department (budget less than 5mil) within a larger nonprofit (operating budget greater than 5mil), is it still possible to apply? They are not a fiscal sponsor
