I’m interested in knowing how this data aligns or differs from local WY communities’ experiences? Could our WY participants speak to this? How will this information help us? What can WyAA do to help you achieve what you se needs to be done?

I'd also like to know if Wyoming organizations have the capacity (staffing/funding) to provide both digital and in-person offerings simultaneously?
Chad Banks
01:05:23
We attended several virtual events but mostly to support the organizations. For me, the virtual performances just weren't engaging :(

We streamed one from relative theatrics and it was so well done! BRAVO!

That's an amazing example of how to foster human connection online, Wendy! I'm adding this to my list of fantastic uses of digital.

Found students had so much virtual they just wanted live practices and performances. Virtual did not work for Mariachi 307

People want arts to be more fun What does that mean and how do arts people respond?
Anne Mason (she/her)
01:21:30
I was struck be the demographic disparity of prior visitors vs. new visitors in digital art access. As we think about re-opening, how can we make sure that our spaces and inclusive and accessible in ways that they weren’t before?
Shawn Meisl
01:23:48
Virtual wins: we could get closer to artists and internal workings of performances, daunting spaces like art museums became welcoming, music became a personal home concert, easier to attend arts in winter climates, exposure to new arts across state lines. Also, in small towns, the arts compete for calendar space and virtual offerings opened space.
