Does the lack of information or response from the company a contributing factor to retention?

very interesting, here in the UK you can be prosecuted for dropping a cigarette on the sidewalk but not for harassing under age girls! It must be part of parenting to educate boys as well as girls as to what is acceptable and for companies to include a standard policy to protect staff. My question is: how do you see it progressing through social pressure or by legal requirement?

Is there a forum to continue this conversation? It resonates with me and I would love to help other lady drivers with my OTR experience with this topic.
