How will we hold onto this win after the disaster on Tuesday regards Supreme Court and Court of Appeals? Our democracy is almost totally without any checks and balances, hence badly impaired. The legislature isn’t done with this.

I have been teaching at a small community college for 13 years. It is in a low-income, high minority area. I have had students who have not received the educations they need to prepare them for college courses. Some do well; some do not.
