For which elections can the supervisors determine the hours?

I just updated my SAMS number and am waiting for their confirmation. Should I wait till I hear from them or can I do this before that to stay ahead of the game??

If we have a project in mind, do we need to do that or just do the lost revenue??Cuz it's easier?

What do we enter under projects if we have made purchases?

How do we enter expenditures if we have spent some of the money? Can you walk us through that?

If we are reporting expenditures - we will need to create a project under the expenditures, correct?? We created one project for lost revenue.

I couldn't find my MPIN so I called them and they called me back after I located it but at least they called me back. This was on the update for SAMS

Lori, this is very helpful! Thank you.Our county (Scott) has offered to help townships with the reporting process.

Primary election has to be the 7 am to 8 pm

the adjusted hours for elections has to be agreed on at the annual meeting and then there needs to be a resolution and the only hours that are set in stone is the primary elections

township elections can be from 10 am to 8 pm only after these steps are covered.

and don't forget to let the auditors office know that you've changed the election hours

they get upset if not kept in the loop

OT: we are considering getting unlimited internet service at our town hall b/c it is finally available and reasonably priced. We are wondering if we can leave the wifi on so people can use it in the parking lot, if so, are there any precautions we can/should take so it is not used in any “illicit” way
