Mr. Jellison should recuse himself from all discussion of Agenda Item B, "Seawall Parking," as well as from any pertinent votes or other actions, today and in future, and should also refrain from private conversations with other Board members on this subject, given that his sister, Aimee Jellison Williams, owns frontage (Tax Map Lot 019-001) at the location under consideration. This is a clear conflict of interest.

Also, Danny Norwood should recuse himself due to his working as a caretaker at an adjacent property.
