I can relate Anya. Lost my mom two years ago too (heart and kidney disease), and was so grateful she had started using gummies toward the end. Pushing past the stigma was hard for her - so glad she was able to, and find some relief.

I am a former teacher and I just got my Certification as a Cannabis Educator and Health Coach, I am finding how important networking with other women is in this industry. Do you have any suggestions for networking possibilities? I am a member of WEIC and Women Grow.

With a heavy focus & resources on operations, how do you advocate for HR or have a seat at the table to influence decision that help our people, help the business?

Training as a dedicated profession (rather than a series of bullet points included in another role’s job description) is almost as young as the legal cannabis industry. Can you each share who is doing the training (internal and customer) at your org and what team(s) do the training professionals sit on?
