Did not see the first webinar, would like to hear about that
Alain Goubau
22:22
I did not attend the first webinar, so high level overview would be good
Nicole Baldwin
22:23
I was able to see the recording but a quick recap would be helpful!
Claire (via superpowered.me)

Did not attend first webinar, could you highlight the main pieces
Clay SWCD
22:48
We just heard about this program this week, so did not attend the 1st webinar.
Alain Goubau

Also, sound like you have ESMC has a producer portal - can you share a bit more on what that is?
Tami Moore
23:38
I also missed the first webinar - will you send a connection to watch the recording to us so we can see again and review?

Can one not send that data to you via API? It avoids double entry for producers if this data is already stored in a precision ag / FMIS system.
Claire (via superpowered.me)
28:13
What systems do you have API integrations with?
Alain Goubau
28:27
We work neutrally integration precision ag data from platforms like FieldView, etc.
Alain Goubau
28:44
Ok!
Lori Cox
31:38
It seems if the producer wants credit/$ from this program they can use the supplied data portal for tracking. Is there an estimated time calc producers could know about ahead of time (i.e. you will be expected to enter data x times within the season, with an avg x mins per data input, etc...)
Lori Cox
33:35
Thank you.
Claire (via superpowered.me)
33:57
What is a reasonable per acre fee you are expecting?
Claire (via superpowered.me)
35:30
Thanks!
Brent Rudolph

Is there a preference for proposals to focus on one or address multiple project types (Market, Pipeline, and Pilot)?
Vivian Georgalas
39:10
What is the payment to the producers participating in the Research Pilot Project?
Lori Cox
39:17
What are examples of 'low carbon inputs' in the research pilot? They don't go past this project (into the others)?
Wesley Gibson
40:29
Do the payments change based on pilot project vs 5 year contract. I know its based on acres, but do the payments vary between project type?
Alain Goubau
42:15
Low carbon inputs examples would be slow release fertilizer (limit NOx emissions), microbials that displace need for synthetic fertilizer (e.g., Pivot Bio, etc.), N-fertilizer derived from green or blue ammonia, etc.
Wesley Gibson
42:30
I meant the enrollment payment, sorry for the confusion
Wesley Gibson
43:09
thank you

44:32
Should a proposal for the Canadian RFI be budgeted in U.S. dollars or Canadian dollars?
Luke Struckman
45:51
👍
Brent Rudolph
48:28
Could producers enroll in practices other than those identified as “Primary Eligible Practice Changes?" Would those acres count towards the target enrollment? Same question goes for the new practice changes identified under the Pilot Projects.
Grant Ivison-lane, ESMC (he/him)

@Alain - we use the DNDC model for quantification of field level emissions associated with fertilizer use - the DNDC model accounts for fertilizer types and additives, but we may not have a 1:1 mapping of each of the products you mention. We are also in the process of included the embodied emissions of products (associated with fertilizer production) as an emissions source from which to evaluate for credit generation.

Thank you!
