46:10
Thank you Laura, Debra and Taylor! Keep the good ideas coming, folks!

46:20
Is there a way that colleges can embed voting messaging within classes?

46:27
we're running a "why I vote" campaign that will be done on social media for our virtual students. they will share their voting plan and reasons they vote in a cute, patriotic photo. we will also do on-campus pop ups with a cute photo area. students can come up, share their plan, and take a photo. they will get to keep their polaroid and will be encouraged to share their story on social media. registration will be available at these pop ups (we're in texas).

46:56
That’s awesome, amber! Love that idea

47:36
@Valerie yes! Ask Every Student just launched a brand new toolkit that has a Canvas Module template that can be used and adapted. https://www.studentvoting.org/toolkit

48:59
So many great ideas and plans. Thanks for sharing.

49:16
My university is in Texas...so mail in ballots are hard to qualify for and online registration is not allowed. what do y'all recommend to help ensure students register AND turn it in. we have several VDRs on campus at events...maybe best ways to utilize them?

50:57
Smart!!

51:29
@Amber, maybe peer-to-peer texting campaign?

I'm in Texas and our campus is closed to students for the semester. The library is including voter registration forms with all curbside library pickups.

52:20
A great reminder, Steven.

52:35
Hi Amber. Really great question that we’ve gotten a lot. We’ll have a few sections of our campus takeover toolkit talk about that. There are some digital tools that can help mail people their registration form with a postage paid envelope so its easy for them to turn in. Safe in-person registration will still be critical in so many areas though

52:38
also our student union is offering stamps for students for mail in ballots

@Valerie, I sent out a slide deck to all faculty and asked them to put important voting dates in their syllabus. I also worked with my faculty champions to get information out to their faculty friends
