We have high risk activities like helicopter rides. There must be a way to have a waiver and an off-site meeting point. Then only one van into the neighborhood.

Karelin that is a good idea. The Museum of Art shuttles people to the Doris Duke home in Black Point. Maybe have permits, liability waivers and time blocks.
