Hi Colleen, admins can add documents for the players, coaches will have to submit their requirements if they are not up to date.

Can team managers access player waivers online as well? Can you show us what the team manager interface with their team looks like?
Team managers do not have access to the player waivers, but they will be required to have them on hand during games
I'd suggest that as an improvement in the future...with a rather large club, right now I have no incentive to ask parents to complete an online waiver if I have to download, print and organize 1000 waivers to hand to managers for their team. But if managers and tournament staff can access player waivers as needed, THAT would be very useful.

Required information for adding coaches/manger is First Name, Last Name, and Email
If the coaches safe sport status currently shows approved/fulfilled then should we still have them do the safe sport training again right now? When will it start showing expired?

Jason, If the SafeSport currently shows approved, it will show expired as of Aug. 1, 2021. You can complete the SafeSport refresher anytime between now and July 31 to keep your membership eligible.
What recommendations would you suggest if you had a player that was verified in sports engine but when they were imported in gotsport they are no longer certified?

We have some players play up in age to complete teams; will we still be allowed to add a player to a team who is too young
Chris, you can add a younger player as long as it is no more than 5 years younger than the team age.
Can you filter the teams so you do not have to scroll through all of your teams?
there is a team filter, it is in the same dropdown as the player filters, at the bottom of the list
