Hi, great presentation! I'm an urban and regional planning student at TAMU. Was wondering if there were any complications with zoning or the comprehensive plan (or incentives) in utilizing the solar panels. Additionally are there any considerations to retroactively incorporate solar arrays at preexisting campuses? Thanks!
