Agreed Cal. Having your property in the overlay is no big deal. As stated previously my property has always been in the overlay - it backs up directly to Radnor. I was able to do a complete remodel/addition to my house and add a pool with absolutely no problem.

This ordinance has been in affect for years. What has changed is the foot print of the park. Over the years, the park land has expanded. Therefore, the need to protect the parkland has expanded. The same logic that existed at the time that the original ordinance was passed remains. If a property is immediately adjacent to the park land, than it is subject to the overlay.

I agree, all OH staff should be present at EVERY SINGLE meeting of the city. Would sure cut down on miscommunication, or lack thereof, from the city.
