Could be good to ask resistors, why not have it as part of an evaluation process? Might find it is the college culture around evals and value or may bee seen as punitive versus to help individuals develop!

I was just talking with a colleague about the program review He thought it was a waste of time if administrators don't do anything with it or you don't ask or get resources. I talked about program review as a time to learn about and reflect on your program, and he'd never considered that. I can see how the same perspective change could be really helpful for faculty evaluation processes.
