@Lore - We touch on these differences in the business process analysis module when you are create steps in the flow diagram as well as sub-processes.

What happens inthe case of a start-up company? I find very challenging to define the processes for the first time... I feel that I can´t do it right...

@Lore, we will review options with you and help you with selecting processes to work with. There are multiple opportunities to talk with instructors in Instructor Hours and you can always submit questions by email.

And just to add to that Lore, often it's in choosing the right process and defining the container of that process that sets you up for success, and this can be particularly challenging in a fluid start-up environment. And you will have a lot of instructor support with that.

@Amine - The ACBA is gaining traction in the market as employers are now recognizing the need to have candidates with hands-on training.

Agreed Michael! I also feel that the ECBA brands you as entry-level, which can be limiting from a career perspective as you will quickly be beyond entry-level.

@Del - The program generally navigates through one project at the various stages. The program doesn’t focus on time management, which is a key comment for managing projects simulaniously.

I’m not a BA anymore but supporting a Software Delivery Programme but it is in the conception phase and would like to be able leverage my BA skills to mature this programme. Would this meet the project requirement?

@Laurie you definitely will be able to apply your BA skills to this for the program. Instructors will support and help you along the way and give advice. We have had many participants not in BA roles successfully complete the program.

I'm a program manager looking to transition to Product management would this pathway help me to do that, I have no BA experience..

FYI: When selecting projects for the course, we recommend choosing one that has process, software, and data elements. This is to ensure that it is applicable to all of the course modules. Navigating through the course is much smoother when you stick to the same project/process.

I work as a Process Analyst on a RPA team. Our projects are fairly quick. I was thinking I could use the process we use when doing intake/requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release for the automations. Would this work?

@Caroline - There are many overlapping skills between a BA and a product manager, so you can definitely benefit from the content in the course.
