TYPE IN SOME QUESTIONS!!!

01:23:08
From a business standpoint - is it better to hire employees or bring people onboard as contractors when scaling the business? For example, I provide organizing services and my business depends on client projects which aren't always consistent. But I want to scale my business so I figured hiring contractors would be the first step. Any insight?

For those who are interested in Virtual Assistants, I have two businesses to refer you to. I feel that they are affordable and their turnaround time on completing certain tasks are impeccable. But I also setup an agenda for us when we connect and have them track the work once they're completed . Just let me know.

I do Social Media Marketing and I assist on creating content…. During the holiday season, I provided my assistant with tasks of sending Holiday newsletters and content. They were unable to assist due to their religion. I never asked as I was uncomfortable but I also felt bad that I provided the tasks not knowing their religious background…. So that area is a bit gray.
