Dr. Hisham - have you considered topical cyclosporine as a steroid-sparing treatment for VKC in this and other patients?

Currently we are using Tacrolimus 0.03% as treatment of VKC as steroid sparing and the response to treatment is better than Cyclosporine although it's off label

wonderful cases. debulking is important as the tumour doubles its volume within 10 days.
