I am also trying to work with hospital systems to expand performances to patient rooms: music, art, storytelling. Hospital challenges - how to communicate messages of creative, artistic opportunities (thank you NOAH) to exhausted, fearful, staff. Emails aren't necessarily read!

I'm working on Quiet rooms for staff to decompress and wondered if anyone has strategies to get financial support to build physical spaces for building resilience. Any tips?

To reach stage you could connect with your hospital’s chief medical and nursing officers to inquire about how providing mental health, wellness, resiliences resources to their staff. Many institutions are forming working groups distribute out efforts collectively.

You might also check with Human Resources about the availability of an employee assist program (EAP) to whom you could also offer your services.
