We held a webinar during the summer about those experiences and can send you the link. There were several hires, but the majority were hired before the pandemic hit North America

Ellen the JPC does not have a position on recording on Shabbat. Your congregation's rabbi will need to make a determination according to guidelines from the RA's committee on laws and standards
