Watched a great webinar from Climate Action Now today about methane and the fact it is just a way for fossil fuel utilities to sell dirty hydrogen gas that is actually worse than coal in total greenhouse gas emissions!

yes, on the public side feds cover 40 percent

private is a bit more complicated and getting details on that

Currently IRA has an error that excludes "instrumentality of the states". So public institutions like UW is excluded currently. Any idea if that error will be rectified soon and the policy gets amended?
