Thanks Amy! You mentioned that when a person is in the middle of destructive thoughts, it can be hard to come up with the reframed thoughts at that time. A couple of questions with this: 1) What would you recommend to support another person in the middle of a spiral like this? 2) If a person has a reframed thought, and says it, how do you recommend to help him/her persevere in it, when he/she is not noticing it helping?
