where do you recommend to have the indigo percentage analyze?

My dried indigo is grey and grayish/blue- what did I do/not do?

I noticed the compost around the plants, how long will they last in a climate like your Oregon? Do you need to replant from seedlings each season and when do you sprout, then plant?

You mentioned that you work with 6 indigo varieties—do they cross pollinate or do you keep them in different areas? What is the history of your own plants—where dis your very first seeds come from?

do you Wash the pigment once it is filtered, or use vinegar?

Your FB group sounds like what I need. So far I've done grown my own indigo-done wet extraction method-ph step-aeration and have dye liquid product stored in jars. Not sure next steps on how to dry into cakes or create the vat. Next to learn next steps
