As far as I know, the USPS does NOT forward the info. HOWEVER, submitting a new address for your driver's lic should do that.

I moved in June and changed my registration, and am in the process of providing registration forms to new residents in my building - along with important dates for upcoming General Election, Nov. 2. I was challenged about necessity to change it yourself - and agree with Norm’s suggestion. Not everyone in this building drives, but I assume they must have some sort of “license” for ID.
