I'll stop sharing for a while so we can see panelists' faces š

47:32
Is what you are referring to "Colaboratory"? https://colab.research.google.com/

47:58
Hi Susannah, Collaboratory is a software platform all cohort members collectively adopted: https://cecollaboratory.com/

48:10
I'll share a bit about it when we look at data trends!

01:13:24
Curious to get panel thoughts: Any indication that accreditation bodies will move toward requiring community engagement data from campuses?

01:16:16
I know a few already have - for those who are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, they have revised their criteria in 2020 to include civic and community engagement

01:16:29
exactly what Elizabeth said! š

01:18:24
HLC asks for evidence to support claims re: community engagement - so Collaboratory (and other mechanisms) become useful in that context

01:20:01
Any methods used to encourage units to enter their data? (carrot/stick?)

01:20:40
Excellent feedback - thank you all!

01:20:53
Thank you! This is very helpful!

01:22:20
Steven - our website has a lot of resources re: buy-in for data entry. you can check it out here: https://cecollaboratory.com/search-resources/

01:22:38
š

01:22:40
the "buy in" and "data entry" filters should help you find related resources quickly!

01:23:05
Steven, one method i used was to give money to departments to encourage a set of activities to be entered. (I had some incentive money to do that)

01:23:23
But Iād rather they find the value in it. The money was helpful at the beginning.

01:28:12
Thank you all for a wonderful conversation!

01:29:16
You offered to show some of the data in Collaboratory.

01:29:44
Hi Susannah, we ran out of time with audience questions, but I'm happy to stay on and share some of our data!

01:30:42
Sadly, I need to jump to my next meeting, but thanks for joining us and providing the space!

01:30:55
Thank you Elizabeth!

01:31:03
I also have to take off!

01:43:02
Great presentation, thank you all!!
