I think this is the easiest way to explain to agents on how to add clients to Homebot moving forward… after the import is completed.

Many of the buyers leads come in and when we contact them they turn out to be sellers. Do I have to call support to have the stars seller link added to that lead???

Is there a way we can check to see if they received the Homebot report?

Hi Connie, what I gathered from Barry is that you go into the STARS link that is generated from the lead coming in as a buyer and you go to the Seller Tab in STARS to get them added. Then it sounds like they will get a ylopo email that they can then opt into homebot from.Laura / Gallery - correct me if I am wrong.

How to get a buyer to get pre-approved. Most of the buyers when they come in have not talked with a lender and when I ask Barry's question about friend or family memeber they say no. I offer one of my lenders and they say we are not ready yet and are unwilling to move forward to even speak with a lender..
