My name is Eve Dubois. My business is NumberWorks, and we provide bookkeeping services to small businesses and nonprofits. Some of our challenges are around scheduling and billing.

I’ve been an Executive Assistant to a CEO in VT for the majority of my career to date, and am attending because I’m interested to know what the climate, interest and discussion level is here in VT for the EA field.

Can you offer thoughts on the pros and cons of a remote EA, and forming an EA relationship from scratch remotely vs. in person? We’ve all been more remote this year than previously, but oftentimes building on professional relationships and connections that were originally formed in person. Just wondering about the time to develop implicit trust, and what Worxbee recommends for how to do that with the EA/exec relationship in a remote environment, particularly.
