How is an organization determined, Is the larger University the org, for example, or can it be the arts organization at the hospital which is a part of the larger University?

In terms of eligibility - could an Arts and Health Department in a Hospital apply?

here for basic NEA application process and for personal understanding. I have been involved in planning events in the past, am a nurse and mixed media instructor. Met Claire in Hershey prior to the pandemic and had then became aware of NOAH.

Are local arts agencies applying so they can then sub-grant to local organizations? Is there an NEA-set process for how those funds would be disbursed to organizations or does each local entity develop their own criteria and process?

Q: Can we request salary for staff member we are looking to hire?

Can you be more specific about the review process for organization applications - how will you evaluate merits to determine who will get the awards? Is there a more specific rubric you can share?

What are the agency funding levels (non-arts agency)?

My nonprofit is a hospital foundation. We would apply as the fiscal agent for our hospital. Are we required to have a separate DUNS number if the hospital already has one?

Do you have a desired ratio of requested funds to annual budget? We’re wondering which amount (50/100/150) would make for the most successful request for our nonprofit.

For a hospital, can the health system's Foundation, if incorported as the public charity of the health system, an eligible applicant.

That's a good question, Frankie Abralind, but may be difficult to answer.

Is it possible to associate more than one host/award organization with an application?

This sounds like a one-off opportunity. If that is true and the organization wants to do a new hire, must we demonstrate a plan for continued funding beyond the 2-year grant period?

In addition to my work with my501c3 organization that will applyI volunteer with other 501c3 orgs. I wonder If a 5013c would like to implement an artsprogram that hasn’t had one in the past but they meet the population requirements to provide support post COVID would they be eligible.

Will these grants be considered for future funding streams from the NAE?

Is it necessary for higher ed institutions to have community partners to be eligible?
