Bylaws are voted on for approval by your membership but do they do not go in effect until they are Stamped Approved by Florida PTA

Audit has to be adopted by the members at a General meeting?

Auditors must be current members or (Tax Professional) Who is not a signer on the bank account and has not handled PTA funds during the audit period (fiscal year being audited)

The form says it has to be adopted.
