Hi @Karena - it IS kind of confusing, even if you’ve used Zoom before. If you hover above your picture/tile in the Zoom, there is a “three dot button"

To rename yourself, hover over your picture, you’ll see three dots, click ‘rename’

if you click that, you can “Rename” to whatever you’d like. It is hard, making Zoom not the most inclusive method.

I would prefer to see a competitive race...if incumbents have done good work they will likely get re-elected. Incumbency by its nature is a powerful advantage.

Thanks to the current NENA board. I attended my first NENA election around 1990, and it was a bit bumpy, but still worked. Also, being in the hot seat as running the election is challenging and thanks to Michael for stepping up to make it happen. Kudos.
