can you talk more about the covid testing requirements
erinwolf

I just want to thank you for all of the work, all of the thought, and for your sensitivity to individual comfort levels. The kids’ commitment to Covid safety has been commendable as well. Thank you.

Does practice at Glen Echo start next week? Thank you for all your work pulling this together!
Dan Silver
32:36
Thank you for putting together a very thoughtful plan. We saw on Shipley’s document that you will try to have outdoor training as much as possible. Would it be possible to sign up for winter and only come when it’s outside?
Oly Bracho
32:49
Thanks for pulling this together. You mentioned that the trainings for the varsity kids will be in the morning. At what time?
Carrie
35:08
Will the athletes be polled yet as to their preference for group or individual practice? Or are you leaving that up to individual family decisions?
John Goldman
35:13
Will the messaging to athletes from the coaches regarding covid practices both while training and when at home be done in writing? If so can we get a copy if not, can it please be done in writing? thank you

THANK YOU for all you have done here. A winter on the erg is challenging when you are training in a room with your whole team, and harder when you are solo. Will there be alternative workouts (eg, cycling, running) to mix it up?
erinwolf
35:43
Can you please explain what the plan will be if someone does, in fact, have Covid? I hope it doesn’t happen, but it’s good to know just in case … Would that just move the kids to practicing at home for a while? Sorry if I missed that during the presentation.

Should kids who are staying home for Thanksgiving go ahead and get Covid test soon, or would you prefer they wait until after the holiday so it’s closer to indoor training?

Timing of Covid tests matters. For folks who travelled out of town for Thanksgiving the test should be done 5 or more days after return ... at least..... negative today..... positive tomorrow....
erinwolf
44:49
Jacinta, agreed … but what if the rower isn’t going anywhere for Thanksgiving? Then does the timing matter? It seems to me that closer to the indoor rowing time makes sense, but I wanted to ask ...
Grozdanka
44:51
is the child is under quarantine because travel or other reason how she or he will participate from home
John Goldman
47:58
so at minimum those who travel have to wait around 7 days?
