Is there anything that must be done on the website and can't be done on the phone app?
Great question! On the website (GivePulse) you can create events, communicate with volunteers, recruit volunteers, etc. The GivePulse app allows you to check volunteers in to your events as well as message volunteers.

Do the people registering have to create a GivePulse account? Or do they just have to enter their name and email?
They can register with GivePulse to sign up for the event or they can register as a guest and submit their name and email address.
When someone shows up that didn't register, I just need their name and email to register them at the event through the GivePulse app?

Do you set who is the administrator of our Park? Ours is currently under my name, but I'd like to switch the administrator to our park email address.
Do the waivers and COVID rules automatically appear for Friends group accounts?
Whatever email address you used to register your park for Love Your Park Week, will be the email set as the administrator for that event. If you'd like that changed to a different email address feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Yes. Right now I'm the administrator to that group. We didn't have a park email until recently so I'd like to change that. I would have to request that, correct? I can't change the administrator myself, right?
