On random day-to-day lab number changes, I’ve been told that Free Light Chain numbers can change by 30% day to day! That can make something that seems like a big difference (especially in the Free Light Chain Ratio) look important when it sometimes is just random.
How much of a role can diet play with your counts?

Rather than fill out tracking yourself why not just ask your consultant for acoly if their tracking and graphs
Chris, we encourage one another to get copies of our lab results with each lab visit. Getting the longitudinal view of trends etc. is often left up to us. My center gives me longitudinal data but doesn't enable printing. So, these tracking tools can be useful.useful

so what is the significance of beta 2 globulin being high?
In the UK you have bloods but I have nevrr had 24 hr urine only urine sample.
What about Igiq additional chromosome
Next get sequencing (WGS and/or WES) is being used in more and more clinical trials.
