On random day-to-day lab number changes, I’ve been told that Free Light Chain numbers can change by 30% day to day! That can make something that seems like a big difference (especially in the Free Light Chain Ratio) look important when it sometimes is just random.

Chris, we encourage one another to get copies of our lab results with each lab visit. Getting the longitudinal view of trends etc. is often left up to us. My center gives me longitudinal data but doesn't enable printing. So, these tracking tools can be useful.useful
