Phase 2 is discussed as being self contained. But people will go in and out and I’m still concerned about Los Gatos Blvd

I like the Amphitheater and a shuttle bus to other areas of town. Not a fan of the community gardens for this space.

What are the building heights shown in the images vs what was discussed before?

Are there going to be Parkin fees? What is “ on site car share?”

Big fan for bikes of all types.

Will this development change existing Los Gatos school zone boundaries?

Is on street parking planned ? ie: street1 & street2 ?

When do you anticipate phase1 will be fully built out and occupied? Shouldn't we evaluate the full impact of phase1 before designing and approving a plan for phase2?

Although there is a well-defined process, there needs to be political will by those who lead the various school districts, and there is no current evidence of that political will.

Regarding left turn from the south exit of the development onto Lark — it doesn’t appear there is enough buffer between Los Gatos blvd and the south exit to capture a large number of cars egressing the development in that direction and would cause a back up / congestion on Lark in eastbound direction. Has this been looked at? Would this left turn be permitted?
