Hello.... question: do you see US companies adopting more ESG targets, on top of purely-driven Covid-19 changes ? Traditionally US/UK are primarily into TSR and/or EPS in all their forms, and for example institutions such as the World Economic Forum, the CEO Roundtable, etc. are defo recommending going more down that path... Also - LT Incentives linked to digital transformation success, M&A and alliances with startups ? It is happening everywhere

Note: as you most probably know, ISS has recently been acquired by the German stock market manager (Deutsche Boerse)… interesting development, isn't it ? Even if short term maybe there won't be changes...

Hello again, I heard that ISS actually increased a bit their equity plan scorecard (“EPSC”) passing scores / thresholds. In certain cases, this would perhaps mean less stock availability going forward compared to 2020, wouldn't it ?
