We have an annual single audit for all federal grants. Do I need to do anything different for the ARPA funding

If funds are donated to a local non profit (e.g. VFD) is this a beneficiary?

Can you elaborate on the Indirect Cost allocation of 10% if you do not have an approved indirect cost rate? Does this mean that you can put 10% on every cost that is incurred for program activities?

Is there a cost below which a RFP and multiple bids are not required, e.g., contracts below $2,000?

Are there reporting templates available to preclude NEU's from having to create them individually.

Are either of these and eligible use of funds? 1) HVAC for a public works building 2) Any type of blighted building demolition?

Would an administrative salary portion also be a part of the indirect costs?

What documentation is needed to justify that an industry qualifies as an "Other Impacted Industries" under Negative Economic Impacts? In particular, we are looking at the rental housing industry.
