Does the leave for dependent care under FFCRA also reset on 4/1? If someone already used up their time, do they get a new allotment starting 4/1 because of daycare or school closure?

I don't understand why we would have to accommodate if it's a voluntary vaccine program.

I read something about after 3months of being vaccinated you need to begin to quarantine if exposed. Is this accurate?
